Terms of Service

1. Who we are
PartyMind (https://party-mind.com) is run by Code Craze - Krystian Dębecki, Farna 11, 05-660 Warka, Poland, registered in the Polish CEIDG register, NIP 7972077229, REGON 520122634.
Write to us at contact@party-mind.com or call +48 782 163 642. Those are also our contact point for users and for authorities. We answer in English and in Polish.
2. Words we use
"You" is anyone who uses PartyMind. A "Consumer" is a person using it outside their trade or profession. A person who runs a business but makes a contract with us that has no professional character for them has the same protection as a Consumer under Polish law, and everything written here for Consumers applies to them too.
A "Guest" is someone who opens an invitation you shared and answers it. An "Invitation" is the page you build and share. A "Plan" is the party plan our AI writes for you. "Credits" are the points you spend on what you make.
3. What PartyMind does
You can open an account, build an invitation from one of our templates, share it as a link, and collect answers from your guests. You can have an AI write a party plan for you, edit it, save it and export it to PDF. You can rate what the AI produced.
Creating an account, sharing an invitation, collecting answers and exporting a PDF cost nothing. Generating a plan, editing a plan with AI and creating an invitation are paid for with Credits.
4. What you need
A device with an internet connection, a current browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and a Google account if you want to sign in. Some features work in guest mode, without an account.
PartyMind runs in the browser; there is nothing to install. Invitations are web pages we host and you share by link. Plans are text you can read on the site and export as a PDF, which any PDF reader opens. We apply no copy protection or other technical restriction to what you make, and nothing you make is locked to us.
5. Your account
You open an account by signing in with Google, and the account is created the first time you do it. There is no separate registration step.
You must be at least 13 to have an account. If you are under 18, you may use PartyMind and buy Credits only with the agreement of your parent or guardian. PartyMind is not meant for children under 13.
Keep your invitation links to the people you want at your party. Anyone who has the link can open the invitation and answer it.
Your account is yours to look after. Do not let anyone else sign in as you, and tell us at contact@party-mind.com if you think someone has. What happens on your account counts as done by you, unless it was our fault.
You can delete your account at any time under Account and privacy. Deleting removes your data on the schedule set out in the Privacy Policy, and it ends this agreement. Credits you have not spent are lost when you delete your account, so if you bought them in the last 14 days and want your money back, use the right of withdrawal first.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks section 9, that is used to attack the service, or that we are required by law to close. If we do, we tell you why, unless the law stops us.
6. Credits and payments
Credits are bought in packs: 500 Credits for USD 5 and 2,500 Credits for USD 20. Prices shown are what you pay in total, taxes included.
What things cost: a party plan 300 Credits, an AI edit of a plan 50 Credits, an invitation on a Basic template (Basic) 300 Credits, an invitation on a Premium template (Comic, Soft, Pixel) 500 Credits. Each template is marked Basic or Premium where you choose it. Your first invitation is free, if you build it on a Basic template. It is counted once: deleting that invitation does not give the free one back. Your first invitation can only use a Basic template, even if you have Credits; the Premium templates are available from your second invitation.
Credits do not expire. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be exchanged for money except through the right of withdrawal or a complaint.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. The contract for a pack is made when Stripe confirms your payment and the Credits appear on your balance, which is usually immediate.
If a plan fails to generate, its Credits go back to your balance automatically. You pay for the result, not for the attempt.
If a payment is reversed after you have already spent the Credits — a chargeback, for instance — your balance can go below zero. You cannot spend Credits while it is negative; buying a pack clears it.
We issue an invoice on request. Write to contact@party-mind.com with the payment date and the email address on the account.
There is no subscription, no minimum term and no deposit: you buy a pack when you want one and nothing renews by itself. Prices are the same for everyone — we do not adjust them for you based on automated profiling.
7. Right of withdrawal: 14 days
If you are a Consumer, you may withdraw from a contract made with us at a distance within 14 days, without giving a reason. That applies to the free contract for your account and, separately, to each purchase of Credits.
Before you pay, we ask you to agree that we start straight away and to acknowledge what that means. If you then withdraw, you pay for what you have used and we refund the rest: Credits still on your balance are refunded at the price you paid for them, and Credits you have already spent are not.
How to withdraw, what we do next, and a model form you may use are on the withdrawal page. An email to contact@party-mind.com is enough. We refund within 14 days of hearing from you, to the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.
8. If something is wrong
What we deliver has to match what we promised. If it does not, tell us — this is a complaint, and it is separate from withdrawal. There is no 14-day limit on it: we answer for what we sold for two years after delivery, and for the whole time we provide an ongoing service.
Write to contact@party-mind.com with the date, the email address on the account, and what went wrong. We answer every complaint within 14 days, by email. If we do not answer in that time, your complaint counts as accepted.
We fix things in this order: first we put it right, usually by generating again at our cost and returning the Credits; if that is not possible or does not work, we reduce the price, usually by returning Credits; and if neither is possible, we refund money for the part that was not delivered as promised.
While we provide the service we keep it working as described, updates included. We offer no commercial guarantee on top of your statutory rights, and no separate after-sales service: this section is the whole of it. We have not signed up to any code of conduct.
9. What you may put on PartyMind, and reporting
You keep the rights to what you write. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you share it with, for as long as the invitation exists — without that, we cannot run the service.
Do not publish anything unlawful, anything that infringes someone else's rights, anything that harasses or threatens, and do not use invitations to send bulk unsolicited messages. Do not enter other people's sensitive details — health, religion, and so on — into an invitation or a plan.
Every public invitation carries a Report this invitation link, and you can always write to contact@party-mind.com. Tell us the link to the invitation, what is wrong with it and why, and how to reach you. A person reads every report — no automated system decides what stays up, and we do not scan invitations on our own. We confirm that your report arrived and tell you what we decided. If we block or remove something, we tell the person who posted it what we did and why, and either of you can reply to that message to ask us to look again, or take the matter to a court or to an out-of-court body under section 14. Where the law requires it, we notify the authorities.
If something on PartyMind infringes your copyright, write to contact@party-mind.com with the link, what was copied, proof that the right is yours and how to reach you. We remove infringing content, and an account that keeps infringing is closed.
10. Plans written by AI
Plans and AI edits are produced by an automated system, and we label them as AI-generated everywhere they appear. Venue suggestions come from Google Maps and from web search.
Plans can be wrong. Prices, opening hours, availability and rules change. A plan is a suggestion to check, not professional, legal, safety, medical or financial advice. Check anything that matters before you rely on it — bookings, deposits, permits, allergies.
No automated decision is made about you. The AI writes text; it does not decide anything about your account, your payments or your rights.
The plan is yours. Use it, change it, print it, share it — we claim no rights over what the AI writes for you, and we do not sell it on. The same plan can be produced for someone else who asks for the same thing, so it is not exclusive to you.
If you send us a rating, a comment or an idea, we may use it to improve PartyMind without owing you anything for it. Do not send us anything you want to keep confidential.
11. Availability
We try to keep PartyMind available, but we do not promise it never stops. We may take it down for maintenance, and we may change or remove features.
To keep the service usable for everyone there are limits: how many plans one account can generate per hour and per day, and how many answers one invitation can collect. We may change these limits, and we may refuse or slow down use that threatens the service.
12. Our responsibility
If you are a Consumer, you have all the rights Polish and EU law gives you, and nothing here takes them away.
If you use PartyMind for your business, the service is provided as it stands, without any warranty beyond what these Terms promise; our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem, and we are not liable for lost profit or lost business. A business user also covers us against claims brought by third parties because of what that user published or did here. Nothing excludes liability for harm caused deliberately, or any liability the law does not allow us to exclude.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms for a good reason: a change in the law, a change in what the service does, or a change in prices. We tell you at least 30 days before, by email or a notice in the app, and we say what changes.
If you do not agree, stop using PartyMind. Write to us within 14 days of the change taking effect and we refund the Credits you have not spent, at the price you paid for them.
14. Disputes outside court
If we cannot agree, a Consumer in Poland can go to the municipal or district consumer ombudsman, or to the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection (WIIH), free of charge. A Consumer elsewhere in the EU can use the dispute-resolution body listed for their country by the European Commission at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies. The EU's ODR platform was shut down on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
15. Law and courts
Polish law applies. If you are a Consumer living in another country, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring a case before the courts there. For everyone else, the courts where we have our seat have jurisdiction.
16. Other terms
You may not use PartyMind if you are in a country under EU or US sanctions, or if you are on a sanctions list. You agree not to use it in a way that breaks export rules.
An invitation can link to other sites, and a plan can point at venues, maps and pages we do not run. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what they do.
If a court finds one part of these Terms invalid, the rest stays in force. These Terms are the whole agreement between us about PartyMind. We may transfer this agreement to whoever takes over the business, and your rights do not change if we do. If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not given it up.
17. Final points
These Terms are published in English and in Polish. If you are a Consumer in Poland, the Polish version is the one that binds us; elsewhere the English one does.
Each use of a service under these Terms is its own contract, available in full on this page. You can print this page or save it, and if you would rather have a file, write to contact@party-mind.com and we will send one. We keep earlier versions and send them on request.
